Berluti Assistant Retail Merchandiser EMEA
Berluti, a French and masculine Maison of the LVMH Group, was founded in Paris in 1895. Over four generations, Berluti has cultivated the art of excellence and shoemaking craftsmanship, while developing a passion for leather and patina. In 2005, the Maison launched its leather goods collection and in 2011, its first ready-to-wear collection. Today, Berluti dresses men from head to toe with collections of clothing and shoes, both ready-to-wear and bespoke, and a wide range of accessories rooted in Berluti's unique spirit and remarkable style.
- Monitor sales performance of the EMEA boutique network
- Ensure stock requests and transfers between boutiques
- Oversee the Personalization offer in direct contact with boutiques, the Merchandising team, and the International Special Order team
- Participate in new collection buying sessions with Merchandisers in the showroom
- Manage other occasional projects such as store openings/relocations in the region
- Conduct competitive analysis and participate in collection briefs for the marketing team
- Perform ad hoc analyses
- Spend time in Paris boutiques to enhance Retail knowledge (sales and stock)
- Develop privileged contacts with multiple internal stakeholders: Boutiques, Supply Chain, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Training, etc.
- Business school or equivalent university education
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Sensitivity to luxury and retail
