Berluti Assistant Project Manager, Retail & Digital Training

- Develop and enhance the B-Expert digital training platform, utilized by over 500 retail experts globally.
- Manage product data integration with the Product Information Management system to ensure alignment with Berluti's brand DNA.
- Highlight new collections through immersive and innovative content.
- Operate the back office of the application, optimizing training content.
- Analyze application usage statistics and propose action plans to expand its audience.
- Follow digital trends and propose innovations to enrich the training experience.
- Design and update high-end training materials tailored to luxury standards.
- Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Create new Retail Training tools to enhance product knowledge, performance, and sales expertise.
- Manage and analyze training data, including participation and impact reports.
- Contribute to organizing Training Weeks, immersive events for team development.
- Analyze training performance and participate in the continuous optimization of pedagogical approaches.
- Synthesize results from Client Experience evaluations and action plans from zone trainers, including statistics tracking, benchmarking, and competitive analysis.
- Enrollment in a business school, fashion school, or equivalent university program
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in content creation and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint & Excel)
- Experience or strong interest in Digital, AI, or back office management (application or e-commerce site)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret training data
- Knowledge of image editing software (Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of men's fashion, trends, and competitors
- Passion for luxury products and craftsmanship
Entry-level, suitable for individuals with initial exposure to digital or AI fields or those with a strong interest in these areas.
