- Assist in the development, updating, and animation of the B-Expert e-learning platform, catering to over 500 international retail users.
- Plan digital product sheets in alignment with collection arrivals in stores and digitize marketing tools, including collection books.
- Analyze application usage statistics and propose action plans to enhance audience engagement.
- Create new retail training tools to optimize fashion knowledge, performance, and expertise of the sales force.
- Prepare and participate in product and professional training sessions at headquarters, via video conference, or in-store.
- Analyze global client experience results and action plans implemented by regional trainers, including statistics tracking, benchmarking, and competitive analysis.
- Develop privileged contacts with internal and external stakeholders, including international retail training teams, product marketing, CRM, communication, digital service providers, and graphic designers.
- Enrollment in a business school, fashion school, or equivalent university program.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Experience or strong interest in digital platforms.
- Knowledge of image editing software such as Photoshop.
- Deep understanding of men's fashion, trends, and competitors.
- Strong interest in luxury products and craftsmanship.
Entry-level experience required, preferably with exposure to digital platforms or a strong interest in the field.
Enrollment in a business school, fashion school, or equivalent university program.
Comprehensive training upon arrival to understand the brand's DNA and values, along with product knowledge. Mid-term and final evaluations to assess skill acquisition.
