Berluti Assistant Product Manager - Leather Marketing

- Assist in the comprehensive development and management of leather collections, from carry-overs to seasonal novelties, and prepare key tools from market analysis to product presentation.
- Update and ensure the reliability of collection tools, including collection plans, pricing positioning, and sell-through ratios.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, particularly for naming product lines and colors.
- Contribute to the preparation of showroom tools, such as presentation supports and Modelario.
- Support product presentations during development follow-up meetings, showrooms, pricing committees, and internal meetings.
- Conduct and update a structured competitive benchmark analysis, including collection sizes, pricing positions, and material offerings, and participate in analysis and written reporting.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of product content, training, and digital materials to ensure a clear, coherent, and distinctive understanding of the offerings.
- Draft training tools for boutiques, covering product characteristics, collection storytelling, client benefits, and patina mood boards.
- Manage and update product information for digital platforms, including e-commerce product sheets, product catalogs, and other internal systems.
- Participate in creating Soleau envelopes in collaboration with legal aspects to ensure product uniqueness in the market.
- Coordinate product loans with Communication, E-commerce, Visual Merchandising, Design, Legal, and Industrial teams.
- Ensure proper management of product samples, compliance, and availability for collection meetings and showroom sessions.
- Verify press and training orders.
- Assist in styling phases for Mix & Match, Lookbook, and E-commerce shoots in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Participate in VM scenography setup, including product installation and visual enrichment of showroom displays in collaboration with Visual Merchandising teams.
- Monitor and manage prototype inventory, support destocking and product archiving phases.
- Organize daily product storage, shipments, and flows.
- Label products before e-commerce shoots and assist with packaging.
- Verify and ship training orders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent university education (Bac +4/5).
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Demonstrates high attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and proactivity.
- A keen sensitivity to luxury and craftsmanship, particularly in leather, is crucial for this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
