- Assist developers with daily tasks, including the creation of collection documents and launch follow-ups.
- Prepare technical dossiers in collaboration with developers.
- Create and update nomenclatures in the management system B bop + PIM.
- Prepare and track shipments for launches, including fabrics and supplies.
- Aid in preparing various collection materials such as master production and fabric books.
- Manage prototype/sample loans to internal departments and shipments to manufacturers.
- Launch and track VIP and press orders.
- Verify fabric stock in collaboration with the materials and components manager.
- Initiate orders with various manufacturers.
- Receive and inspect items before delivery to the Communication department.
- Currently enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year of a fashion school.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Photoshop.
- Strong affinity for the luxury and fashion industry.
Entry-level position, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in fashion.
