Berluti Assistant Brand Content Production Intern

- Assist the Brand Content and Identity Manager in campaign production in collaboration with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate booking of participants including agencies, talents, glam teams, stylists, models, and catering services.
- Liaise with logistics, general services, marketing, production, and visual merchandising teams.
- Oversee the internal validation process and manage communications with agencies, editors, and talents.
- Organize preproduction logistics including booking venues, preparing styling sessions, organizing castings, and managing product listings.
- Arrange travel logistics such as hotel bookings and transfers.
- Support production logistics during shoots, including product management and tracking.
- Facilitate post-production processes and deliverables, including retouching feedback and coordination with marketing teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing and maintain the annual production schedule.
- Educational background in production or audiovisual studies.
- Previous experience in managing production for shoots, campaigns, or visual content, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and adaptability skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management to handle multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for interaction with various internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
- Interest and skills in photography.
Entry-level experience in production management, particularly in the fashion or luxury industry.
Degree in production or audiovisual studies.
Comprehensive training on the history and values of Berluti, along with product familiarization.
