1. Update KPIs and dashboards to measure the commercial performance of the department.
2. Maintain production performance dashboards and the Salesforce production management platform.
3. Assist in the preparation of environmental reports and ad-hoc activity analyses (stock, retail points, etc.).
4. Support the organization and monitoring of logistics (upstream and downstream).
5. Assist in the procurement of raw materials.
6. Aid in the monitoring of exotic leathers (CITES).
7. Contribute to the updating of retail tools and the newsletter.

1. Enrolled in a business or engineering school.
2. Multidisciplinary profile: Supply chain, Analytics, Product.
3. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Sensitivity to luxury and craftsmanship.
3. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
4. Autonomy and enthusiasm.
5. Respect for confidentiality.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school.

Comprehensive training on the history, values, and products of Berluti. Mid-term and final evaluations to assess skill acquisition. Specific measures to support employees with RQTH.
