Berluti Architectural Project Manager

- Adapt and evolve store concepts, including architecture, visual identity, materials, and furniture, in alignment with the brand's strategy and site-specific customization needs.
- Create design plans for stores, including facades, layouts, lighting, interior elevations, and specific details, in collaboration with all departments involved in store openings or renovations.
- Participate in estimating investment budgets and defining project timelines.
- Source and validate contractors and suppliers.
- Present projects in store committees for approval by senior management, covering all aspects such as design, costs, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, administrative, and environmental standards.
- Guarantee adherence to cost and schedule objectives for each project.
- Coordinate the work of external architects and consultants.
- Oversee technical studies and ensure the successful completion of construction works.
- Plan maintenance and ensure compliance with technical, environmental, and safety standards.
- Architectural degree with a minimum of 5 years of international retail experience, ideally in the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong creative sensibility with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work on complex projects recognized for their impact and execution quality.
- Agility in bridging commercial and creative visions.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across central departments and lead local correspondents.
- Mastery of industry-specific software: AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, 3D software (Rhinoceros/Keyshot, SketchUp), and Excel.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Architectural degree.
