1. Adapt and evolve store concepts, including architecture, visual identity, materials, and furniture, in alignment with the brand's strategy and site-specific customization needs.
2. Create design plans for stores, including facades, layouts, lighting, interior elevations, and specific details, in collaboration with all departments involved in store openings or renovations.
3. Participate in estimating investment budgets and defining project timelines.
4. Source and validate contractors and suppliers.
5. Present projects in store committees for approval by senior management, covering all aspects such as design, costs, and timelines.
6. Ensure compliance with safety, administrative, and environmental standards.
7. Guarantee adherence to cost and schedule objectives for each project.
8. Coordinate the work of external architects and consultants.
9. Oversee technical studies and ensure the successful completion of construction works.
10. Plan maintenance and ensure compliance with technical, environmental, and safety standards.

1. Architectural degree with a minimum of 5 years of international retail experience, ideally in the luxury sector.
2. Proficiency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.

1. Strong creative sensibility with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
2. Ability to work on complex projects recognized for their impact and execution quality.
3. Agility in bridging commercial and creative visions.
4. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across central departments and lead local correspondents.
5. Mastery of industry-specific software: AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, 3D software (Rhinoceros/Keyshot, SketchUp), and Excel.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Architectural degree.
