- Prepare and finalize accounting entries for the general ledger across Taiwan, Singapore, and Australia markets.
- Collaborate with the Financial Analyst to monitor monthly accruals.
- Prepare inventory and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register.
- Prepare monthly trial balance, balance sheet reconciliation, and related schedules for discussion with the Accounting Manager.
- Prepare monthly Group Reporting (Syrus).
- Work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate input of accounts payable.
- Assist various departments with accounting issues and queries, including daily support to store managers.
- Support auditors in conducting internal and external audits.
- Assist in tax preparation and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and analyze financial information.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- CPA/ACCA qualification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Chinese Word Processing.
- Strong command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Independence and self-motivation.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the retail industry.
Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
