1. Prepare and finalize accounting entries for the general ledger across Taiwan, Singapore, and Australia markets.
2. Collaborate with the Financial Analyst to monitor monthly accruals.
3. Prepare inventory and accounts receivable reconciliation.
4. Maintain the Fixed Asset Register.
5. Prepare monthly trial balance, balance sheet reconciliation, and related schedules for discussion with the Accounting Manager.
6. Prepare monthly Group Reporting (Syrus).
7. Work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate input of accounts payable.
8. Assist various departments with accounting issues and queries, including daily support to store managers.
9. Support auditors in conducting internal and external audits.
10. Assist in tax preparation and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
11. Ensure data accuracy and analyze financial information.

1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry.
3. CPA/ACCA qualification is an advantage.

1. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Chinese Word Processing.
2. Strong command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
3. Independence and self-motivation.
4. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the retail industry.

Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
