1. Deliver exceptional customer service and create an engaging, brand‑centric experience at the airport point of sale.
2. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly individual and team sales targets; contribute to business growth strategies.
3. Coach, train and develop colleagues to elevate customer service and commercial performance.
4. Manage clienteling activities and grow a loyal customer portfolio through personalised advice and follow‑up.
5. Oversee inventory control and stock management to ensure product availability and visual standards.
6. Plan, organise and execute in‑store events and promotions; produce and submit monthly sales reports.

1. High level of spoken English (required).
2. Minimum 3 years of customer‑facing retail experience, ideally within perfumery or cosmetics.
3. Vocational qualification in aesthetics, makeup or personal image (desirable).
4. Previous travel retail or airport experience is an advantage.
5. Availability to work on site at Palma de Mallorca airport, with full availability from April to October.

Minimum 3 years of direct, customer‑facing sales experience in perfumery or cosmetics; prior travel retail/airport experience is highly desirable.
