1. Adapt international training strategies to meet local market requirements and implement them through appropriate channels and tools.
2. Organize and conduct engaging introductory, product, and sales training sessions across Germany, both digitally and in-person.
3. Promote brand understanding and identification among beauty consultants, sales teams, and other partners.
4. Ensure an interactive and practical training atmosphere to guarantee long-term learning success.
5. Regularly monitor training effectiveness and adjust measures to achieve defined learning objectives.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with training participants and provide continuous support for goal achievement.
7. Collaborate closely with the field team, marketing, retailers, and the European headquarters in Paris.

1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in training, preferably in retail or the cosmetics industry.
2. Strong identification with the brand and commitment to embodying its DNA and values as a brand ambassador.

3. Positive demeanor with the ability to inspire others.
4. Hands-on approach with a passion for retail.
5. High self-motivation and organizational skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint; experience with Adobe DC Pro is advantageous.
7. Fluent in German and proficient in English.
8. Willingness to travel and possession of a Class B driver's license.

A minimum of 3 years in a training role, ideally within the retail or cosmetics sector.
