1. Translate training materials, including videos, guidebooks, and presentations, between English and Korean.
2. Update and manage digital platforms, including global digital platforms and local training Instagram accounts.
3. Handle purchasing and cost management for educational supplies.
4. Support the organization of training events and maintain training rooms for programs such as the Beauty Genius program, kick-off meetings, and CM meetings.
5. Prepare training materials, tools, testers, and gifts for each training schedule, including stock ordering and management.
6. Update, bind, and distribute training materials for new BBA to counters.
7. Prepare and collect counter surveys and conduct product research.

1. Approximately 1 year of experience in the retail industry is preferred.

1. Proficiency in English communication, reading, and writing.
2. Strong computer utility operating skills.
3. Ability to work autonomously.
4. Capacity to multitask and support major projects simultaneously.
5. Detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills.
6. Energetic, active, and outgoing personality.

Beginner level experience is required, with a preference for candidates with around 1 year in the retail industry.
