1. Translate training materials, including videos, guidebooks, and presentations, between English and Korean.
2. Update and manage digital platforms, including global digital platforms and local training Instagram accounts.
3. Handle purchasing and cost management for educational supplies.
4. Support the organization of training events and maintain training facilities, including programs like the Beauty Genius Program and various meetings.
5. Prepare training materials, tools, testers, and gifts for each training session, and manage stock orders.
6. Update and bind training materials for new Beauty Advisors and distribute them to counters.
7. Prepare and collect counter surveys and conduct product research.

1. Approximately 1 year of experience in the retail industry is preferred.

1. Proficiency in English communication, reading, and writing.
2. Competency in computer utility operations.
3. Ability to work autonomously.
4. Aptitude for multitasking and supporting major projects concurrently.
5. Detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills.
6. Energetic, active, and outgoing personality.

Beginner level experience is required, ideally with about 1 year in the retail industry.
