1. Conduct, coordinate, and support basic and update training sessions with a focus on makeup knowledge and skills.
2. Develop content for newly launched products and those requiring sales enhancement.
3. Plan, organize, and implement field coaching on product knowledge, selling techniques, makeup skills, and customer service, adhering to the makeup training schedule.
4. Develop all training manuals in accordance with global and regional guidelines, and support all makeup training tools and digital learning platforms with the training team.
5. Communicate and liaise with the training team to ensure timely updates on progress and results, and report to the training manager on all training-related activities, ensuring team collaboration with a unified vision.
6. Provide on-site coaching at open counters, focusing on makeup skills, sales techniques, consumer relations, and makeup grooming.

1. Bachelor's degree
2. More than 2 years of training experience or relevant work experience in the field preferred
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in the industry

2. Strong communication and presentation skills
3. Fluency in both verbal and written English
4. Proficiency in computer utility operations
5. Cheerful disposition and open-mindedness

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry, with a preference for those with training or relevant field experience.
