1. Conduct and coordinate basic and update training sessions focused on makeup knowledge and skills.
2. Develop content for newly launched products and those requiring sales enhancement.
3. Plan and implement field coaching on product knowledge, selling techniques, makeup skills, and customer service.
4. Create training manuals in line with global and regional guidelines, supporting makeup training tools and digital learning platforms.
5. Communicate with the training team to ensure timely updates on progress and results, reporting to the Training Manager.
6. Coach makeup skills, sales techniques, consumer relations, and grooming at open counters.

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. More than 3 years of training experience or relevant field experience preferred.
3. Makeup or Skincare certification preferred.

1. Excellent makeup skills.
2. Strong communication and presentation skills.
3. Fluent in both verbal and written English.
4. Proficient in computer utility operations.
5. Cheerful disposition and open-mindedness.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.

Bachelor's degree required.
