1. Conduct, coordinate, and support basic and advanced training sessions focused on makeup knowledge and skills.
2. Develop content for newly launched products and those requiring sales enhancement.
3. Plan, organize, and implement field coaching on product knowledge, selling techniques, makeup skills, and customer service, adhering to the makeup training schedule.
4. Create training manuals in alignment with global and regional guidelines and support all makeup training tools and digital learning platforms in collaboration with the training team.
5. Communicate and liaise with the training team to ensure timely updates on progress and results, reporting to the Training Manager on all training-related activities.
6. Provide on-site coaching at open counters, focusing on makeup skills, sales techniques, consumer relations, and grooming.

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
3. More than 2 years of training experience or equivalent experience in the field preferred
4. Makeup or skincare certification preferred

1. Excellent makeup skills
2. Strong communication and presentation skills
3. Fluency in both verbal and written English
4. Proficiency in computer utility operations
5. Cheerful disposition and open-mindedness

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in training or a related field is required.
