1. Support the recruitment process for the retail sector of Benefit Cosmetics.
2. Create job advertisements and innovative social media postings, manage job board postings, screen CVs and candidates, coordinate trial workdays, and provide candidate support throughout the recruitment process.
3. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment and efficiency.
4. Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future sales positions, proactively sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networks, and talent pools.
5. Work alongside the Talent Acquisition Specialist to continuously optimize applicant management and ensure an excellent candidate journey.
6. Assist in HR marketing and employer branding activities within retail, such as building networks with cosmetic and beauty schools.
7. Manage applicant tracking systems and undertake additional administrative HR tasks.

1. Advanced studies in business administration, preferably with a focus on human resources, or a comparable qualification.
2. Initial practical experience through internships or student positions, preferably in sales.
3. Experience with recruiting KPIs and reporting is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in MS Office.
2. Fluent in German and proficient in English.
3. Independent and structured work style with strong communication skills and responsibility.
4. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
5. Exceptional organizational talent with a hands-on approach and enjoyment of multitasking.

Beginner level experience, ideally through internships or student roles, particularly in sales.

Advanced studies in business administration or a related field.
