1. Organize, prepare, and execute regular in-store animations to enhance customer engagement.
2. Develop and achieve sales targets for each store within the designated region.
3. Regularly visit stores to build relationships with store managers and staff, ensuring a minimum of one visit per store per month.
4. Lead and motivate sales teams through exemplary management practices.
5. Participate in recruitment processes, including conducting interviews and field tests.
6. Conduct monthly performance reviews with Beauty Advisors and ensure proper documentation.
7. Manage and optimize store schedules and handle daily HR-related tasks in collaboration with the head office.
8. Monitor stock levels and ensure proper merchandising and visibility of the brand in stores.
9. Train Benefit and retailer teams on new products and ensure adherence to company protocols.
10. Prepare and submit reports on travel and expenses, manage online bookings, and oversee special projects.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
