- Assist in executing commercial strategies to achieve retail and net sales targets.
- Monitor stock-on-hand and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Prepare sales trackers, commercial reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Provide operational support to clients, including pricing updates, order placement, and delivery arrangements.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports.
- Support commercial operational and administrative tasks related to customer account setup and updates.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders and assist in invoice reconciliation with Finance.
- Track shipments, invoices, and credit/debit notes with Customer Service and stakeholders.
- Manage bi-monthly ITO Reports and weekly Net Sales trackers.
- Support finance in consolidating weekly RS & NS trends for the region.
- Maintain accurate customer and account information in all systems.
- Support counter operations, including stock counts and merchandising standards.
- Ensure accurate implementation of planograms and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams on product launches and updates.
- Assist in planning and executing training calendars for product knowledge and brow services.
- Coordinate BA seminars and workshops to enhance sales techniques and brand culture.
- Track and analyze retail KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in beauty, retail, or travel retail with exposure to sales, operations, and training.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive and collaborative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
- Passionate about beauty and committed to delivering high standards of service.
Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty, retail, or travel retail with exposure to sales, operations, and training.
