1. Oversee and develop Benefit counters and sales points in Central Germany, including personnel management for a team of Brow & Beauty Experts.
2. Optimize sell-out, ensure product supply and presentation, and plan promotions and actions in collaboration with stores and headquarters.
3. Motivate, coach, and develop the team, imparting product knowledge and sales competencies, ensuring a distinctive Benefit experience at the counter.
4. Recruit new team members and design a structured, motivating onboarding process.
5. Serve as the point of contact for retailers, managing new launches, counter support, and training, ensuring a brand-compliant appearance.
6. Actively contribute to brand building, support counter openings and remodelings, and ensure the brand is continuously developed and modernly presented at the point of sale.
7. Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Training, Marketing, and Sales, analyzing KPIs to drive regional advancement.

1. Several years of experience in retail, preferably with initial leadership experience in the beauty or cosmetics sector.
2. Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop people, with a team that benefits from enthusiasm and commitment.
3. Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a solid commercial understanding.
4. Proactive, responsible, and humorous personality with a hands-on mentality.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and fluent in German, with good English skills.
6. High willingness to travel and possession of a Class B driver's license.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, with leadership experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry preferred.
