1. Manage and develop Benefit counters and sales points in the Rhineland and Ruhr area, including personnel leadership for a team of Brow & Beauty Experts.
2. Optimize sell-out, ensure product supply and presentation, and plan promotions in collaboration with store branches and headquarters.
3. Motivate, coach, and develop team members, imparting product knowledge and sales skills to enhance the Benefit experience at the counter.
4. Recruit new team members and design a structured and motivating onboarding process.
5. Serve as the point of contact for retailers, overseeing new launches, counter management, and training to maintain brand consistency.
6. Actively participate in brand building, support counter openings and remodelings, and ensure the brand is continuously modernized at the point of sale.
7. Collaborate with internal departments such as Training, Marketing, and Sales, and analyze KPIs to drive regional growth.

1. Several years of retail experience, preferably with initial leadership experience in the beauty or cosmetics sector.
2. Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and commercial acumen.
3. Proactive, responsible, and humorous personality with a hands-on approach.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in German, with good English skills.
5. High willingness to travel and possession of a Class B driver's license.
