1. Manage and develop Benefit counters and sales points across Northern Germany, including cities such as Hamburg, Bremen, and Oldenburg, while leading the team effectively.
2. Optimize sell-out, ensure product supply and presentation, and organize promotional activities in close coordination with store branches.
3. Inspire, motivate, and train retail sales teams, including Brow Services.
4. Act as the primary contact for local retailers, introduce new products, and represent the brand.
5. Report performance results to the head office in Düsseldorf.
6. Serve as a brand ambassador and drive brand development within Germany.

1. Several years of experience in retail, with initial leadership experience in the cosmetics sector preferred.
2. Strong communication skills and solid commercial acumen.
3. Proactive, responsible, and humorous personality with a hands-on approach.
4. Proficient in MS Office.
5. Fluent in German and proficient in English.
6. High willingness to travel and possession of a Class B driver's license.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, ideally with leadership experience in the cosmetics industry.
