1. Manage and develop Benefit sales counters and retail points in Northern Germany, including cities such as Hamburg, Bremen, and Oldenburg, while leading the team.
2. Optimize sell-out, ensure product supply and presentation, and organize promotional activities in coordination with store branches.
3. Inspire, motivate, and train retail teams, including Brow Services.
4. Serve as the primary contact for retailers, introduce new products, and represent the brand.
5. Report results and insights to the head office in Düsseldorf.
6. Act as a brand ambassador and drive brand development in Germany.

1. Several years of experience in retail, preferably with initial leadership experience in the cosmetics sector.
2. Strong communication skills and good commercial acumen.
3. Proactive, responsible, and humorous personality with a hands-on approach.
4. Proficiency in MS Office.
5. Fluent in German and proficient in English.
6. High willingness to travel and a valid Class B driver's license.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for those with leadership experience in the cosmetics industry.
