1. Develop sales turnover in each store by achieving monthly and yearly targets.
2. Set and monitor sales targets by region and store, implementing action plans as needed.
3. Regularly visit stores with Field Supervisors, focusing on flagship locations.
4. Ensure stores are consistently animated by Field Supervisors.
5. Foster strong working relationships with retailer regional directors and store managers to enhance staff performance and drive commercial opportunities.
6. Create engagement activities for both retailer and Benefit staff.
7. Hire, orient, develop, and retain staff at all levels.
8. Negotiate staffing levels based on productivity targets and trends.
9. Lead and motivate the Benefit team by example.
10. Conduct performance evaluations to drive individual improvement.
11. Monitor performance of Beauty Consultants.
12. Ensure compliance with company and store policies, including grooming and hygiene standards.
13. Collaborate with HQ to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure top SKUs are available.
14. Execute in-store merchandising updates in collaboration with Field Supervisors.
15. Liaise with the Merchandising team on specific issues such as damages or missing furniture.
16. Negotiate animation plans and additional space with retailer managers.
17. Develop a trained Field Supervisor and Retail staff through on-site and off-site training.
18. Identify further training needs through performance evaluations.
19. Maintain consistency and standards of the 8 Step Magic Selling Formula.
20. Manage administrative tasks such as T&E reports and online booking coordination.
21. Assist with PR events, training events, and retailer and staff events.

1. 6-8 years of retail experience, including a minimum of 3 years in management.
2. Experience in cosmetics preferred.
3. Proven track record in sales and service.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and analyze numbers.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
7. Ability to promote a fun and positive environment for customers and employees.
