Benefit Cosmetics Sales Development Manager

1. Discuss and set retail sales targets with Account Managers, monitoring and analyzing sales performance to ensure alignment with forecasts.
2. Maximize new product sales opportunities and assess team productivity through effective training practices.
3. Identify and address training needs, collaborating with Regional Sales and Training Managers for additional support.
4. Enhance area performance by coaching and developing Account Managers and Beauty Consultants.
5. Foster strong relationships with retail partners to achieve shared goals and best practices.
6. Coordinate with Marketing for new store support and manage recruitment for new store openings.
7. Conduct meetings with new store management to present brand philosophy and ensure adherence to opening procedures.
8. Hold quarterly meetings with Account Managers to implement new processes and best practices.
9. Communicate daily with the Regional Sales Manager for guidance and reflection on business achievements.
10. Ensure retail expenditure aligns with budgetary constraints.

1. Minimum of 5 years of commercial retail experience
2. Strong people management skills
3. Knowledge of general employment law
