1. Design and implement retail counters to ensure optimal customer experience and brand presentation.
2. Create designs, develop layouts, and oversee implementation in collaboration with retail partners, store builders, and external suppliers.
3. Adapt global CI guidelines to local conditions in coordination with the headquarters merchandise team.
4. Manage all merchandising projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and effective stakeholder communication.
5. Oversee tendering, supplier selection, and manage technical drawings, production, and installation in stores.
6. Maintain and adhere to Capex and Opex budgets.
7. Collaborate with local and Paris-based teams, maintaining communication with key account, controlling, and trade marketing stakeholders.

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in merchandising, preferably in retail design with project experience.

1. Excellent project management skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Fluency in German and English.
4. Creativity and brand-aligned design competence.
5. Technical understanding and result-oriented work approach.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in merchandising, with a focus on retail design and project management.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
