1. Drive retail sales and market share growth to achieve monthly targets.
2. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand initiatives and promotions.
4. Monitor competitor activity and provide insights for business strategies.
5. Build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders at retail.
6. Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of retail experience supervisors, boutique managers, and beauty & brow experts.
7. Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
8. Develop individual development plans for team members to foster career growth.
9. Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising standards across all retail locations.
10. Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
11. Address and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
12. Maintain monthly communication with the team on store targets and performance.
13. Update regular reports on team sales performance, brand vs market trend, and team activities.
14. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

1. 5 to 10 years of experience in retail management with a proven track record of success.
2. Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a large retail team.
3. Strong understanding of sales principles and retail operations.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
7. Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of cosmetic products and trends.
8. Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
