1. Design and develop innovative retail spaces for various distribution channels across Europe, adhering to local specifications and brand guidelines.
2. Create 3D models and detailed elevation plans that are both precise and aesthetically pleasing.
3. Present projects internally and to clients, highlighting their potential and impact.
4. Manage tender processes from supplier selection to production oversight.
5. Coordinate with various stakeholders and oversee on-site installations.
6. Safeguard brand image by designing captivating temporary displays and ensuring adherence to visual codes.
7. Support local teams in developing merchandising elements aligned with the European strategy.
8. Develop permanent or temporary merchandising tools tailored to commercial team needs.
9. Participate in the development and monitoring of the annual budget.

1. Degree in Interior Architecture or Design.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail sector.

1. Proficiency in modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Suite.
2. Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
3. Autonomous and meticulous with excellent organizational skills.
4. Flexible with a proactive problem-solving approach.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a multidisciplinary team.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail design is required.
