1. Lead and manage a regional sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
2. Set, monitor, and develop strategies to meet sales targets and maximize potential.
3. Act as a role model, embodying the Benefit spirit and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
4. Support team in recruitment, management, and execution of merchandising and marketing plans.
5. Oversee productivity of Brow Bars and ensure optimal team performance through regular meetings.
6. Serve as a liaison between the field team and corporate departments.

1. 2-5 years of leadership experience in retail with responsibility for team management and sales performance.
2. Experience in the beauty industry is advantageous.
3. Fluent in German and English with strong PC skills, particularly in Excel.
4. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
