1. Analyze sales statistics and performance metrics to identify growth potential and maximize commercial efficiency.
2. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and consumer preferences.
3. Develop sales forecasts and launch plans based on historical data analysis.
4. Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to create strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
5. Work closely with sell-out, marketing, supply chain, and education teams to ensure memorable customer experiences.
6. Build strong relationships with retail partners and strategic distributors.
7. Negotiate strategic agreements to secure optimal conditions and promotions with key accounts.

1. Proven experience in Key Account Management, Product Management, or Sales within the beauty industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
3. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

1. Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
2. Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
3. Technological proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Power BI).
4. Interpersonal skills for effective communication, influence, and persuasion.
5. Commercial orientation with a passion for closing deals and building lasting relationships.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the beauty industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
