- Develop and execute an annual press strategy in alignment with the marketing plan to ensure strong media presence.
- Create and distribute promotional materials including press kits, newsletters, and exclusive content in collaboration with the National Brow & Beauty Authority.
- Represent the company and maintain a high-quality network of journalists.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for product send-outs and track media coverage.
- Organize press conferences for major product launches.
- Define and implement a top and micro-influence strategy to ensure a robust digital presence.
- Build and manage a 'Brand Heroes' ambassador crew to embody the brand's values.
- Identify and source emerging talents and creators to enhance the influence ecosystem.
- Oversee paid influence collaborations, including content negotiation and creative briefing.
- Utilize dedicated platforms to manage influence strategy and propose innovative influence projects.
- Organize and execute all brand press and influencer events, ensuring alignment with the brand's joyful and bold identity.
- Monitor and report on PR and influence KPIs, providing data-driven recommendations for growth.
- Manage the annual PR and Influence budget and oversee supplier payments.
- Maintain and update PR and influence contact lists and actions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in press relations, influence marketing, or communication, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or retail sectors.
- Proven ability to identify and activate new talents and content creators.
- Experience in event management and leading complex projects independently.
- Strong writing skills for press kits, releases, and creative briefs.
- Solid understanding of PR and influence KPIs with a business-driven approach.
- In-depth knowledge of media and influence ecosystems, including journalists and influencers.
- Proficiency in influence platforms such as Skeepers, HypeAuditor, and Tribe, and monitoring tools like Kantar and Cision.
- Numerical proficiency and ability to analyze performance metrics.
- Initiative-taking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, creative, and innovative in identifying visibility and business opportunities.
- Excellent networking skills with the ability to maintain strong relationships.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple projects.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in dynamic, agile environments.
- Sensitivity to storytelling and the beauty industry with a strong digital culture.
- Fluency in English for collaboration with European and Global teams.
Minimum 3 years of experience in press relations, influence marketing, or communication, ideally within the beauty, lifestyle, or retail sectors.
