Benefit Cosmetics Operations Coordinator

- Review historical sales trends and research demand drivers to prepare forecast data and develop statistical forecast models.
- Plan and control the annual budget for purchasing and consumption of finished products and point-of-sale materials.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand demand forecast drivers.
- Analyze and update the product catalog to manage product discontinuation and integration of new features.
- Download inventory data from the system and communicate with Sell Out Management.
- Plan replenishments based on sellout performance and weeks of supply (WOS), ensuring alignment with Key Account Managers.
- Maintain updated alerts in the Marketing Plan according to product launches and manage monthly control of quantities, prices, and reference cancellations.
- Oversee the purchase and planning of collateral and brow bar supplies at points of sale.
- Analyze and update New Product Development (NPD) data, reporting results to the General Manager, Brand Director, and Sell Out Managers.
- Manage local needs for Power BI and online booking requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Analytical skills
- Proficiency in statistics and forecasting methods

- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of AX Dynamics or similar demand planning software
- Ownership
- Medium to advanced English proficiency
A minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field is required, demonstrating proficiency in demand planning and inventory management.
