- Manage the complete deployment of store furniture, ensuring seamless coordination with distributors and stakeholders.
- Coordinate orders, material preparation, and scheduling of interventions, ensuring transparent communication and optimal collaboration between internal teams and external providers.
- Supervise interventions, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Maintain and update databases related to furniture inventory and assets.
- Anticipate furniture needs by analyzing market trends and developments.
- Serve as the primary contact for field teams regarding merchandising material needs, offering creative and innovative solutions.
- Implement a new, efficient maintenance system incorporating best practices and innovative technologies.
- Contribute to the marketing strategy for each product launch with merchandising expertise.
- Participate in the design and conception of new retail spaces, ensuring alignment with brand codes.
- Develop the annual merchandising project budget, considering strategic company objectives.
- Monitor budget implementation rigorously, ensuring expenditure optimization and financial compliance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business (Bac +4/5).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising project management, preferably in an international context.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and agility.
- Problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Minimum of 3 years in merchandising project management, ideally within an international setting.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business (Bac +4/5).
