Merchandising Project Manager

1. Participate in the development of marketing strategies for each product launch.
2. Define key messages on merchandising materials in collaboration with the Marketing team.
3. Prepare launch books and present merchandising recommendations to local directors and marketing teams during launch meetings.
4. Design and propose planograms for all markets and configurations in coordination with sales and supply chain teams.
5. Manage furniture update campaigns: develop timelines, brief suppliers, oversee production, create graphics, and manage shipments to sales points.
6. Define in-store communication support strategies (lightboxes and displays).
7. Act as the point of contact for field teams.
8. Develop and monitor the annual budget related to update campaigns.

1. Degree from a communication or business school (level bac +4 / bac+5).

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
2. Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Detail-oriented and organized, capable of working independently.
4. Flexible, proactive, and resourceful in problem-solving.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working in a multidisciplinary team.

Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising project management.

Degree from a communication or business school (level bac +4 / bac+5).
