1. Participate in the development of marketing strategies for product launches.
2. Define key messages for merchandising materials in collaboration with the Marketing team.
3. Prepare launch books and present merchandising recommendations to local directors and marketing teams during launch meetings.
4. Design and propose planograms for various markets and configurations in alignment with commercial and supply chain teams.
5. Manage furniture update campaigns, including timeline creation, supplier briefings, production oversight, graphic creation, material shipment, and implementation tracking.
6. Define the strategy for in-store communication supports, such as lightboxes and displays.
7. Serve as the point of contact for field teams.
8. Develop and monitor the annual budget related to update campaigns in line with the approved strategy.

1. Degree in communication or business from a higher education institution (equivalent to a bachelor's +4/+5 level).
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising project management.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
2. Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
5. Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working in multidisciplinary teams.

A minimum of 3 years in merchandising project management is required.

Bachelor's degree in communication or business (equivalent to bac +4/+5).
