Benefit Cosmetics Merchandising Project Manager

- Participate in the development of marketing strategies for product launches.
- Define key messages for merchandising materials in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Prepare launch books and present merchandising recommendations to local directors and marketing teams during launch meetings.
- Design and propose planograms for various markets and configurations in alignment with commercial and supply chain teams.
- Manage furniture update campaigns, including timeline creation, supplier briefings, production oversight, graphic creation, material shipment, and implementation tracking.
- Define the strategy for in-store communication supports, such as lightboxes and displays.
- Serve as the point of contact for field teams.
- Develop and monitor the annual budget related to update campaigns in line with the approved strategy.
- Degree in communication or business from a higher education institution (equivalent to a bachelor's +4/+5 level).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working in multidisciplinary teams.
A minimum of 3 years in merchandising project management is required.
Bachelor's degree in communication or business (equivalent to bac +4/+5).
