- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, PR, and digital strategies that align with the brand's DNA and business priorities.
- Coordinate with the European Marketing team to execute 360° marketing plans and product launches, ensuring alignment with regional objectives.
- Manage budget allocations to achieve optimal ROI and report on program outcomes to senior management.
- Lead presentations and negotiations with key retailers, identifying marketing and promotional opportunities.
- Oversee visual merchandising, store renovations, and design adaptations according to regional requirements.
- Conduct competitor and customer analysis to inform strategic proposals for brand development.
- Accurately forecast samples, collateral, and promotional materials.
- Create and execute culturally relevant campaigns and brand partnerships to expand market reach.
- Implement a strategic PR plan to enhance brand awareness and drive press engagement.
- Organize events and partnerships to promote product launches and maintain aspirational brand imagery.
- Manage digital marketing strategies in collaboration with the European Digital Team to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Oversee digital marketing activities with e-retail partners to enhance online visibility and sales.
- Negotiate and implement CRM strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business or marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience in the consumer goods or cosmetics industry.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interaction across all functions and levels.
- Excellent public speaking and written communication skills.
- Self-direction and resourcefulness with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
A minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience, specifically within the consumer goods or cosmetics industry, is required.
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business or marketing.
