Benefit Cosmetics Marketing Manager

- Execute the annual marketing plan in alignment with Sephora Europe initiatives.
- Analyze brand performance to identify key opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate and organize local promotional activities to drive sales.
- Develop and implement comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies that support overall business objectives.
- Manage and optimize performance across all marketing channels, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Continuously seek and implement innovative improvements to the media planning process.
- Analyze in-store consumer behavior and develop targeted activation strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with creators (influencers, VIPs) and beauty editors.
- Develop and execute impactful influencer marketing initiatives to expand brand awareness and audience reach.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, website, mobile, and in-store activations.
- Maintain meticulous oversight of the digital and marketing budget.
- Coordinate social media, email marketing, and e-commerce strategies to drive sales and improve product visibility.
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within selective beauty brands and/or the retail sector.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent project and time management abilities.
- Experience in team leadership and development.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
At least 5 years of proven experience in marketing management, preferably within selective beauty brands and/or the retail sector.
