- Lead and implement comprehensive 360° marketing plans tailored to the Saudi market, aligning with regional strategies and calendars.
- Mentor and guide the local marketing team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives in collaboration with retailers to enhance brand visibility.
- Propose and execute trade marketing and merchandising plans on a door-by-door basis.
- Ensure timely and complete execution of all operational plans in accordance with regional marketing guidelines.
- Oversee the production and implementation of high-quality animation elements and ensure timely in-store availability of all assets.
- Implement merchandising updates and ensure alignment and commitment from all local teams, including sales and retailer staff.
- Organize and manage the distribution of POSM at the local level and develop local activation tools as needed.
- Collaborate with the regional PR team on local activations, including outdoor events, and manage PR activations to ensure strong media and community engagement.
- Monitor brand performance, track ROI, and optimize marketing spend for maximum impact.
- Manage the local A&P budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial tracking.
- Communicate marketing plans internally and externally at the local level, providing regional teams with local insights and monitoring competitor activities.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in operational marketing, preferably within the luxury cosmetics industry.
- University degree in business or marketing.
- Strong expertise in 360° marketing, trade marketing, and digital strategies.
- In-depth understanding of brand strategy and DNA.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Financial acumen for managing the local A&P budget.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proven leadership and autonomy in managing marketing projects.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
University degree in business or marketing.
