1. Lead one or two Ecommerce Marketing Campaigns under the guidance of the SEA Digital & Ecommerce Manager and SEA Assistant Ecommerce Manager.
2. Assist the Ecommerce team in expanding the Lazada CRM Membership platform.
3. Create digital and social asset design briefs for ecommerce campaigns.
4. Oversee updates of Ecommerce store banners in collaboration with the Luxasia Leap Commerce team.
5. Assist with the Lazada Feed Social Calendar, including the selection of social assets and caption creation.
6. Conduct research on industry trends and market opportunities, presenting insights and recommendations for both Sephora and Lazada.
7. Participate in new launch planning with the Marketing & Ecommerce team.
8. Collaborate with the SEA Marketing team on PR Launch Events, Digital Campaigns, and Trade Marketing Activities.
9. Perform other ad-hoc and administrative tasks as assigned by the SEA Senior Marketing Manager, SEA Digital & Ecommerce Manager, and SEA Assistant Ecommerce Manager.

1. Ability to commit to a full-time internship for six months (July 25 to December 25).

2. Social media and digital marketing savvy.
3. Competency in developing, editing, and creating digital content.
4. Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. High level of creativity and ability to challenge the status quo.
6. Confidence, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor.

Beginner level experience in marketing or related fields.
