1. Support the Marketing and Digital Department of Benefit Cosmetics in Portugal.
2. Plan and execute content for Instagram and TikTok, including local content creation.
3. Engage with social media audiences by responding to comments and messages.
4. Coordinate public relations and influencer activities, including identifying new influencers and preparing press kits.
5. Monitor e-retail activities, track competitor offers, and suggest best practices.
6. Participate in the development and implementation of in-store projects and 360 dynamics.
7. Assist in the launch plans for new products and develop activation strategies.
8. Translate product sheets and newsletters.
9. Prepare monthly reports on marketing activities and new product launches for the European headquarters.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
2. Fluent in Portuguese and English (C1 level); proficiency in French or other languages is a plus.
3. Possibility of signing an agreement with a university for at least 3 months, full-time.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical skills for interpreting and analyzing data.
3. Customer and results-oriented mindset.
4. Commitment and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
5. Ability to promote a pleasant and engaging atmosphere for clients and colleagues.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
