Benefit Cosmetics Marketing & Digital Intern

Benefit Cosmetics is a globally recognised beauty brand known for playful makeup and brow-focused products. With an international footprint spanning dozens of markets, the brand combines creative product innovation with consumer-first marketing and an energetic retail presence.

1. Support the Marketing & Digital team in day-to-day activities across social media, PR and retail communications.
2. Execute and assist with social media content creation, including filming and editing short-form video (TikTok) and producing assets for channels.
3. Support implementation of the marketing plan for product launches and activations.
4. Assist in organising marketing activations, events and periodic sales meetings.
5. Perform DTP tasks and create/prepare artwork for marketing materials.
6. Translate and proof PR and product copy between Dutch and English; assist with copy adaptations for local markets.

1. MBO or HBO level education in marketing, communication, design, media or equivalent.
2. Native or fluent Dutch and strong written and spoken English; French language skills are a plus.
3. Availability for a 6-month full-time internship, ideally 5 days per week (minimum 4 days).
4. Enthusiastic, proactive and creative mindset with a strong interest in beauty and brand storytelling.
5. Comfortable working on-site and collaborating across PR, sales and training teams.

Entry-level; suitable for students or recent graduates with demonstrable social media/content creation experience. Prior internship or practical coursework in marketing, communications or design is advantageous but not mandatory.

MBO or HBO level in marketing, communications, design, media or a related discipline (or equivalent).
