1. Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the designated region to enhance market share and brand ranking with retailers.
2. Negotiate and apply annual commercial agreements and trade marketing plans in collaboration with the Key Account Director Europe.
3. Ensure the optimization and growth of brand profitability through strategic pricing, payment terms, and investments.
4. Negotiate local action plans with each country to develop the brand.
5. Collaborate with Benefit Europe Marketing teams to ensure a dynamic trade operations plan, evaluating expected profitability and setting qualitative and quantitative animation objectives.
6. Analyze sales data and competitive positioning to identify improvement opportunities and propose strategies to enhance brand awareness and market positioning.
7. Manage sell-in/sell-out processes and optimize product assortment and stock levels.
8. Develop and maintain effective relationships with operators and leading sales points, including regular market visits and client presentations.
9. Monitor business performance, including sales tracking, stock analysis, and forecasting for new products.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in key account management or a similar role.
