1. Negotiate and construct annual promotional plans with managed retailers and oversee their execution.
2. Analyze digital performance metrics with e-retailers to optimize strategies.
3. Implement and monitor Retail Media actions weekly to enhance brand performance.
4. Manage product assortment on e-retailer sites, highlighting exclusives and optimizing e-merchandising.
5. Analyze sales data, growth trends, and market share evolution on e-retailer platforms.
6. Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to create omnichannel animations for performance enhancement.
7. Work with market teams to improve local performance.
8. Conduct competitive analysis on retailer and pure player sites.
9. Propose innovative solutions to drive daily improvements.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce and e-retail.
2. Logical, curious, rigorous, and capable of synthesis.
3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Proactive and innovative mindset.
5. Dynamic, flexible, and organized.
6. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
7. Strong negotiation abilities.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Photoshop is a plus.
9. Fluent in English.
