1. Develop and execute product launch and campaign plans, including channel-specific action plans.
2. Support pricing strategies aligned with global guidelines.
3. Track competitors’ activities, new launches, and emerging trends.
4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and category sales trends.
5. Lead local development projects such as GWP, brochures, gifts, and POP, ensuring flawless in-store execution.
6. Manage campaign and promotional budgets with effective cost control.
7. Gather post-campaign feedback and report to regional/global teams.
8. Support the establishment of strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
9. Collaborate with CRM specialists to operate CRM programs like welcome, birthday, and VIP royalty programs.
10. Track KPIs and analyze CRM initiative performance.
11. Forecast sales and purchase order volume by product line.
12. Monitor inventory status and supply conditions of assigned categories.
13. Collaborate closely with Korea and Global Planning teams to align demand and supply planning.

1. 2–4 years of experience in product management, brand marketing, or trade marketing, preferably in beauty or FMCG.
2. Fluent in Korean; proficient in English (written & spoken).

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
2. Excellent project management and communication skills.
3. Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and consumer engagement.

Minimum of 3 years in product management, brand marketing, or trade marketing, with a preference for experience in the beauty or FMCG sectors.
