1. Achieve designated retail and wholesale objectives while supporting the National Accounts Team in meeting national targets.
2. Develop and execute annual and three-year strategic plans for retail partners, incorporating input from all departments.
3. Lead negotiations with retail partners to secure optimal space and locations.
4. Identify and capitalize on new commercial opportunities.
5. Conduct sales and forecasting analysis to ensure optimal stock distribution across products and services.
6. Monitor sell-in and sell-through performance, emphasizing priority launches and ensuring follow-up orders are placed as needed.
7. Collaborate with retail partners to drive partnership-focused plans.
