1. Serve as the primary contact for the Benefit online store.
2. Adapt and implement the global launch and marketing plan on the e-commerce website, both front-end and back-end.
3. Manage and maintain all content and product pages.
4. Create and distribute newsletters while expanding the email database.
5. Develop campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
6. Implement measures to optimize shop performance and conversion rates.
7. Conduct continuous performance analysis and optimize and report relevant KPIs.
8. Manage SEO and SEA campaigns in collaboration with the agency.
9. Coordinate service providers in customer service and logistics.

1. Initial professional experience in e-commerce is desirable.
2. Experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce, and CMS systems.
3. Strong analytical understanding of numbers and relevant KPIs.
4. Solid knowledge in SEO and SEA.
5. Good understanding of usability and user experience.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
7. A keen eye for image and text design, with Photoshop skills being advantageous.
8. Fluent in German and English.
