1. Manage monthly closing and personnel cost accounting.
2. Assist in the creation and development of analyses, evaluations, and presentations, including master data maintenance.
3. Prepare product launches with retail partners.
4. Participate in handling external and internal inquiries, maintaining and analyzing sales and revenue data.
5. Conduct market and competitor analyses.
6. Address customer inquiries and assist in the development and support of customer relationships.
7. Collaborate closely with the marketing and field sales team.

1. Advanced studies in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Initial practical experience in sales or product management is desirable.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluent in German and proficient in English.
3. Structured and results-oriented working style with strong analytical skills.
4. Flexibility and resilience.
5. Open, communicative, and service-oriented personality.
6. Passion for the beauty industry and Benefit Cosmetics' product range.

Beginner level experience is required, ideally with some exposure to sales or product management.

Advanced studies in Business Administration or a related field.
