- Implement the trade marketing plan and strategy to align with the global brand positioning and objectives.
- Monitor and enhance the PR strategy across traditional and digital platforms to elevate brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Oversee digital platform strategies to bolster brand visibility and sales.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Marketing Iberia team.
- Ensure operational execution of marketing actions within budgetary and scheduling constraints.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Marketing & Digital teams in Paris.
- Roll out the annual marketing plan in coordination with the Regional Marketing team, focusing on product launches and brand performance analysis.
- Negotiate and organize marketing animations in line with brand strategy, ensuring effective communication and feedback.
- Develop strong relationships with retailers to identify marketing and promotional opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Regional Merchandising Department for merchandising projects and develop local merchandising as needed.
- Lead communication projects to enhance brand awareness through media channels, events, or co-branding initiatives.
- Organize Iberia Sales Meetings to present marketing strategies and maintain communication with sales and field teams.
- Build and maintain press relations, seeking media coverage opportunities.
- Manage relationships with makeup artists and celebrities.
- Develop and distribute press releases to key media figures, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Participate in retailer PR events and organize brand-owned PR events.
- Manage community and influencer relationships to enhance brand presence on social media.
- Work closely with Sephora and regional teams to optimize e-retail visibility.
- Manage the Marketing, PR, and Digital budgets, ensuring alignment with approved forecasts.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing and PR, with a strong background in the beauty industry.
- Proven track record in managing PR and building networks with key industry figures.
- Experience in defining and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Creative and proactive mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in IT skills including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; knowledge of Photoshop is advantageous.
Minimum of 10 years in Marketing and PR, with a focus on the beauty industry and a proven ability to manage comprehensive marketing strategies.
