1. Develop sales turnover in each store by achieving monthly and yearly targets.
2. Set up and monitor sales targets by location, implementing action plans as needed.
3. Regularly visit stores to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
4. Build strong working relationships with retailer store managers to enhance staff performance and drive commercial opportunities.
5. Plan and execute in-store animations on a monthly basis, assessing results and proposing improvements.
6. Hire, orient, develop, and retain staff at all levels, conducting regular performance evaluations.
7. Ensure compliance with company and store policies, including grooming and hygiene standards.
8. Oversee stock levels and manage merchandising updates in-store.
9. Conduct onsite training to build a knowledgeable and skilled retail staff.
10. Maintain consistency in sales techniques through the 8 Step Magic Selling Formula.

1. 3-4 years of retail experience, including a minimum of 2 years in management.
2. Experience in cosmetics preferred.
3. Proven track record in sales and customer service.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical skills for reading and interpreting data.
3. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
4. Ability to promote a positive and engaging environment for customers and employees.
5. Passionate, fun, and tenacious attitude.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail management, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
