1. Drive and optimize sales across assigned Benefit counters in Douglas stores.
2. Organize and attend in-store events to enhance brand presence.
3. Lead and manage a team of Beauty Consultants, ensuring high performance.
4. Execute marketing and merchandising strategies for new launches and events.
5. Provide training to both the internal team and Douglas colleagues.

1. Fluency in Dutch.
2. Residence in the Amsterdam area.
3. Availability from Tuesday to Saturday.
4. Possession of a valid driver's license (Category B).

1. Proven sales and service results in a retail environment.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to read and analyze sales figures.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5. Ability to foster a positive and fun environment for both customers and staff.

A minimum of 3-4 years in retail, including at least 2 years in a management role, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
